Prices and applicable taxes

All listed prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. VideoEdit is registered to collect Canadian GST/HST, which Stripe calculates at checkout according to the customer’s location. Provincial sales taxes are collected only where InfoSoft Technology Inc. is separately registered and legally required to collect them.

3. Expected first-cut delivery

Short Video1–2 business days
Launch / Standard2–3 business days
Professional3–5 business days
VideoEdit MonthlyBased on the project type used

Delivery time begins after payment or monthly-credit confirmation and after all usable files, instructions and required brand assets are received. A “first cut” is the version delivered for review, not necessarily the final approved export.

4. Timing factors

Large uploads, damaged files, complex multi-camera projects, extensive graphics, missing instructions, customer-requested changes, weekends and statutory holidays can extend delivery. We will communicate a revised estimate if a material delay becomes known. Priority delivery, when available, is priced separately and must be confirmed before purchase.

5. Monthly credits

VideoEdit Monthly includes four editing credits per billing period. A Short Video uses one-half credit, a Standard or Launch-length Video uses one credit, and a Professional Video uses two credits. Each project accepts one source file and includes one revision. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Cancelling stops future renewal under our Cancellation Policy.

6. Promotion restrictions and extras

The $39 launch offer is limited to one Standard Video per new customer and cannot be combined with another discount. Monthly customers may purchase an additional full credit for $79 during the current billing period. Other expected extras include additional revisions from $25, an extra platform format from $15, priority delivery from $35, advanced graphics from $50, and extra uploaded hours from $40–$60. We will always present the exact charge for approval before beginning extra work.
