From uploading your footage to receiving the finished video, here is exactly what to expect.
Upload your footage, select a plan and answer a few questions about your preferred style, length and format. After payment, your project enters processing and the completed first cut appears in My Projects for your approval.
Payment is requested after you upload your files, complete the editing brief and confirm your selected plan. Processing begins only after payment is successfully completed.
Expected first-cut delivery is 1–2 business days for Short Video, 2–3 business days for Launch or Standard Video, and 3–5 business days for Professional Video. Timing begins after payment and after all required footage, instructions and brand files are received. The first cut is the version prepared for your review.
You can follow your project’s progress under My Projects. We will also send updates to your registered or guest email address when your first cut is ready.
Yes. After reviewing your first cut, you can submit revision requests based on what is included in your selected plan. Additional changes outside the plan may require an extra charge.
Yes. Your files are stored securely and accessed only for completing your project. They are not shared publicly and are retained only according to our Privacy Policy and file-retention terms.
